KETO / PALEO Protein Pancakes

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, vanilla
- 1 scoop Paleo Protein Egg White Protein, glazed donut flavor
- 1 tsp. almond butter
- 1 tsp. 50% less sugar fruit spread, strawberry
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- cooking spray (i use coconut oil spray)
METHOD
- Heat small 6-8" skillet or griddle to medium low heat. Spray with cooking spray. Add ingredients together in order they are listed to a vitamix, nutribullet, or small blender and blend for 15-20 seconds.
- Pour batter into heated and greased pan, gently rolling pan around to coat edges. Let cook 1-2 minutes until golden brown on bottom, then flip. Cook anther minute, and voila! All done.
NOTES
I like to top mine with a little more almond butter and strawberry fruit spread, or fresh fruit if I'm eating at home. But it's also perfect on-the-go as-is!
