Instructions
  1. Slice mushrooms no thinner than 1/4inch. Slice onions.
  2. Turn skillet to medium heat. Butter and oil pan. Once hot, add mushrooms and onions. Toss to coat.
  3. Cook for 10 minutes, tossing every so often. Season with salt and peppers.
  4. Once nearly finished, add flour and cooking wine. Cook for 2 more minutes, remove from heat, and enjoy.
