Heat large skillet to medium-high heat. Add oil. Add ground beef and ground turkey. Let brown on bottom, then break up and brown throughout. Don’t mess with it too much — just keep it from overcooking.
Once evenly browned, add all spices, and then beef broth. Stir up to evenly coat. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer on low heat, for about 10-12 minutes, until about half the liquid has evaporated. Remove from heat and serve.
