For SNOW ICE CREAM recipe: Whisk together milk of your choice (I used almond milk), sugar, salt, and vanilla.
To make Chocolate Snow Ice Cream: Reduce sugar by half and add powdered hot cocoa mix!
To make Peanut Butter Snow Ice Cream: Add powdered peanut butter to your base mix. (do not reduce sugar).
Add snow! For one cup of milk, start with 4 cups of snow and mix together gently, as if folding in the now. Once the snow hits the liquid, it will start to melt! The more snow you add, the fluffier and lighter your snow ice cream will be.
Enjoy immediately before it melts!
Notes
Please make sure you are using clean, pure, (white), snow. Slushy stuff will not work well. Calories vary slightly based on what milk you're using. My recipe is based on almond milk, but you can use regular milk, cashew milk, coconut milk, hemp milk, soy milk, oat milk...whatever you prefer!
